Lovely

Liked: Very clean had a nice bar
Disliked: Room was a little cold till we put heating on can understand why heating not on all the time but maybe it could of been put on as they knew which room we would be in. But it soon warmed up to be fair

Perfect for my needs when...

Liked: The hotel and room was really clean. The bed was amazing, and so comfortable. The bathroom had a window which I prefer. (I have a phobia when it comes to bathrooms).Situated perfectly for getting the bus into Ipswich town centre or walking 10 mins to my daughters house. Will definitely be booking again.

Liked: very kind and friendly staff, comfortable room ,top class Breakfast ,and we had a excellent evening meal which was very tasty well cooked and beautifully presented

Liked: The location was perfect for us. Good size room, comfortable and modern with big bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the duty manager, Marina (if I remember her name correctly) We’ll be back!
