Loved it !!!

Liked: Staff so friendly and hotel had a lovely cosy atmosphere !!
Disliked: Room quite small for 2 people and an extra hand towel would be good

Exceptional

My expectations were met

Liked: Did not experience any hotel meal. Many cheaper more value for money venues close. Only used the room which was a standard hotel room anywhere. I expected no more and the visit was okay.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Comfortable, clean and a overall...

Liked: The Room was spacious.. clean and had a very comfortable bed! Marina was so kind and helpful and made our stay a really pleasant one.

Clean and adequate

Liked: It was clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was ideal for our needs at the time
Disliked: The room was small, and the en suite even more so. It’s a good job we are not big people!

Superb

Liked: The property is clean meet all your needs , plenty of parking . Staff could not be more helpful. We had an issue with the mattress in our room , we were immediately moved to another room which had recently been refurbished. Breakfast is lovely good choice . Two members of staff one called Marina unfortunately I failed to get the name of the other staff member ( she was on shift Friday 21 st March ) with Marina , went above and beyond very friendly very helpful all in all a lovely stay .
