Liked: Lovely room, nice and clean. The hotel was not busy so was very quiet which suited us.
Disliked: Room on entering was extremely cold which never really got warm as was the corridor from the bar. Because of this I didn't sleep well. At breakfast my husband had full English but I didn't want this or the continental so was offered toast I had 2 slices with marmalade. On checkout my toast was charged at £10, the continental price when questioned was told this is what they have to do. This is extortionate. Would stay again if needed but would swerve the breakfast.

Liked: We stay often. We're always made to feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable, with air-conditioning and baths in many. A nice hotel.

Liked: Good location, comfortable, welcoming, friendly.Ample parking. Brilliant accommodation by staff when I needed a place in the hotel to hold a meeting on my checkout day. One member of staff, Marina really stands out for me, she is so friendly and welcoming every time I stay, nothing is too much trouble, but at the same time very professional. Thank you Marina!

Liked: Great helpful staff, good breakfast and clean room.
Disliked: Room had warm areas in floor - seemed like hot water pipes - which made the room too warm for me with window closed, with window open too much road noise (was at front if hotel). Would definitely stay again though.
