Liked: This motel is continuing its renovation. We stayed in a beautiful, sleek, and comfortable 2-bed room. The breakfast served had good variety of hot and cold items and really good coffee.

BW as usual dependable for...

Disliked: Lots of remodeling underway, which is fine, I'm sure the hotel will be much improved on completion. Room was OK, but cooling system did not seem to work. No issues, was a short night stay

Disappointed about breakfast, but otherwise...

Liked: Clean room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Parking lot was not well lit. Breakfast was not ready at 6am as was indicated when we checked in.

I did not get to...

Liked: Good location for me
Disliked: When I arrived at the Best Western they claimed they had never heard of me and said I had no reservation even though I showed them the series of emails from you. Further they had no available room when I attempted to check in at 9 pm which you said the Best Western had okayed that. This was homecoming weekend and I was not able to find another room in Richmond. I had to drive home that night. I never saw the inside of a room. All comments refer to lobby space and the desk clerk. I am very unhappy about this.
