Exceptional

Liked: Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful which made the stay top-notch. The bed was very comfortable with nice big pillows (two softer, two firmer). Anila was amazing and accommodate my early arrival and checked me in as well as upgraded me to a suite which was perfect since I needed a fridge! Shower water pressure was perfect. There was even a towel warmer on the wall. The location couldn't be any better with a wide variety of food choices and Turnham Green station is is a 5-10 minute walk. I'll definitely be staying here next time!
