Liked: Location. Felt like a home. Studio with kitchen. Washing machine! Heated bathroom floor. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great housekeeping.
Disliked: Mattress and pillows a little hard.

A very disappointing stay this...

Liked: I have stayed here a number of times and it is fairly good. Some of the rooms are a little tired, and the stairs always look like they need a good vacuum, but is always generally comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Was 'upgraded', but not an upgrade-arrived late. Smelled of cigarettes. Burns in carpet. Cold room. Dirty bathroom. Busy road noisy road. Tried to call reception after i had been led to the annexe, but kept ringing as engaged. After trying to call for 10 mins, gave up as was late and I was tired. Came back home with bites all over my legs!? This room needs treating and the carpet changing.
