Disliked: Well. There's a list of things.No smart TVNo WiFi connection. It's always extremely poor.The fact that the toilet in the lobby was locked and can only be open by reception staff is very embarrassing as I had guests come over to see me. So I had to let them use my bathroom in my room.The bed wasn't comfortable at all. The air conditioning was very bad.It's extremely disappointing to see they have not made any changes as I'm a very regular client. Stuff members do not really give you friendly vibes. They should provide at least more training to be polite and to offer extra services to regular clients. They should express gratitude & appreciation for the hotel's loyalty program and the benefits it provides. As I'm regular client,

Liked: lovely rooms and facilities, beds are super comfortable!
Disliked: only thing was our keycards kept getting deactivated due to it being close to a phone which we didn’t get told beforehand and just got a “you should have known” kinda response after it being reactivated but otherwise it has been lovely

Comfortable and clean room

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for me as I wanted to stay in Chiswick within walking distance of where I was working the day before and the day after my stay. Breakfast consisted of a buffet which was not abundant, but it was fine. There was no bottled water in my room, which would have been a nice touch, but there was a coffee station. The staff was extremely friendly throughout.
