Convention location, inconvenient housekeeping policy

Liked: Great location, convenient to everything. The breakfast is great and the ladies that staff it are excellent! Good shower. Nice that there's a hot tub at the pool.
Disliked: They don't make up your room every day - only bring towels and empty trash. So they don't make the beds; and you have to keep asking for things like TP, tissues, soap, coffee, etc. Annoying and inconvenient. I dropped something on the floor close to the bed and found food crumbs and a quarter. Otherwise it was fairly clean. It's an older property and could use updates. Walls are thin - could hear conversations next door.

Liked: The outside was nice compared to most other hotels. We loved the hot breakfast options & enjoyed the pool. The receptionist are also friendly!
Disliked: House keeping doesn’t clean or make the beds they just take out the trash & replaces towels. The ladies serving breakfast weren’t very friendly & hardly smiled.
