Disliked: Noisy, the sound came into the room. We went to bed it was noisy and woke up it was noisy. The deposit on booking.com was also different. 100 on the website and 150 in person.

We felt we were Special...

Liked: Wonderful breakfast with helpful staff. We ate lunch for 3 of us the beef dip was just the right size and the liver was great with bacon. Just wish I could have visited the pool it looked good.
Disliked: I wish that we could get breakfast for each of us in the room..i guess 2 breakfast out of three was enough. We had an episode where fries were left on floor. The front desk cleaned it herself. She did wonderful job.

Liked: The location was great and rooms looked and felt clean.
Disliked: Our room was boiling hot the night we got there. The ventilation in our room didn’t work. The staff sent us a fan to help with the next day. The shower drain was blocked and the water was not draining instead pooling in the bath tub. We forgot our tooth brushes so i asked reception if they had any, but they didn’t which is strange. Breakfast was overly crowded, they had staff to help you and they were very polite but usually the breakfast buffet is a variety of food items. The breakfast buffet was not impressive. Like i would eat from time Hortons rather than pay for a hotel which advertises breakfast included and gives me this. The furniture in the room was old. The drawers to the cabinet in the room kept opening on their own despite us trying to close them.
