Nice stay and accommodating to allow checking in earlier; the downfall of this room we stayed in was that the tap for the shower, where you changed from bath to shower was falling out of the wall. Could use some maintenance especially for a king bed suite. Check out was stated as 11;30 on the booking but we where told that check out is at 11:00. Overall it was a good stay, but you need to better maintain your rooms.

Liked: Nice comfortable bed and pillows; close to venue.
Disliked: The shower was literally falling apart; check out time was not the same as previously agreed upon on booking.

Staff was great; room was nice and clean and welcoming. Would stay at this hotel again. Thank you all!

Disliked: The property was undergoing renovations which we were not told about prior to booking or attending. The pool was closed unexpectedly (we booked the hotel specifically to have a pool as I have 2 kids), and nothing was offered to us, not a recommendation for a local public pool, nor a credit, we were told we could cancel at our check in. Honestly, I should have taken that advice and cancelled and just drove around to find another hotel.
