I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am up that way.

Liked: Air conditioning; clean rooms - smelled really good when walking into hotel and rooms.
Disliked: Nothing really bad. I didn't see a guide for the cable TV to see channels.

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: We had no hot water. I was getting ready for work on Saturday and Monday, waiting for almost an hour for the shower to turn slightly warm. Really dissatisfying.

Liked: Staff was great very helpful, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great add-on good selection. Location was convenient as right off I5. Shuttle to wedding venue worked out great.

Disliked: They advertise ‘pet friendly’. I booked a pet room & phoned them to confirm I reserved a room for my dog & myself. On arrival, I was told all pet rooms were full & id have to stay on 3rd floor. I was in tears - it is very dangerous to leave dogs in vehicle over night. It was midnight and I was very tired after flying Nashville to Seattle. Too late to find another hotel. I left my dog in my car and went downstairs every hour to check on him, but left super early - so only stayed at your hotel for less then 7 hours because I was worried about him. I made reservation 3 months ago earlier - there is NO excuse to not have a room for me. After wards - they added $20 dog fee to my bill!!!
