TERRIBLE- Our car was stolen

Liked: This is usually our go to. We have stayed her multiple times over the last 3-4 years. This time.. WE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING WAS GOOD.
Disliked: Our car got stolen overnight. We walked out to a different car parked where we had parked the night before and glass all over the ground beside where we were parked. Someone busted the back window and used some sort of transmitter to crank the car and drove out in it. Of course, they had no cameras on that side of the building but had a camera up front that caught the Tahoe being driven out at 1:40 AM. We ended up having to rent a car to get home, almost $400. Then asked about refunding ONE night of our stay. We stayed multiple nights. The manager refused and stated they were not responsible (which I do understand, but I wasnt asking for the whole trip to be refunding.. just ONE night). Booking.com did end up refunding $52, but that was NOT the property because they REFUSED. We felt unsafe the rest of our stay and didn't sleep, in fear that something else would get stolen. Not to mention, the beds are the VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was like sleeping on a piece of warped plywood. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
