nice hotel
Liked: second time staying here hotel is lovely & in a great location. Standard rooms could be doing with an upgrade especially the bathroom the shower head is fixed to tje ceiling & very old also our toilet would only flush now & again. We previously stayed in a superior room which was far better.
Disliked: bathroom

The hotel is okay and...
Liked: Location is great and directly opposite tram and bus stops as well as about 5 to 10 mins walk to the city centre. The hotel has a car park at the front of the hotel. The rooms prepared for us were clean except for the chairs in the family room which had stains and in need of thorough cleaning.
Disliked: The chairs in the family room had stains and in need of some deep clean. Toilet in the double room was not flushing properly, the flush had to be pressed countless of times for waste to be out of sight. The fault was reported and the maintenance person came to repair it but fix was not permanent as fault returned. Given we were there for only two nights, we didn’t bother to report the fault again. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and water were not replenished. Housekeeper didn’t clean the family and knocked on the door to check if anything needed doing after she had already changed her clothes and about to go home. With two kids and two adults in the family room, the bin was overflowing, so we asked the housekeeper to at least help empty the bin which she did. Her excuse for not cleaning the room was that she didn’t know the room existed, which is a lame excuse.
