Liked: Each staff member greeted me with a smile each time I walked in. The breakfast they serve is fantastic!
Disliked: Having a room that faces the freeway is the only bummer.

All Day, All Night, people...

Liked: The shower was hot, and the pressure was good. The location was a nice distance from why we were there.
Disliked: The TV made no sense. We couldn't figure out the channels, as the guide didn't match. The door wasn't secure enough, you could see outside through the cracks. Being next to the Freeway, that is ALL we heard when we were in the room. All day and all night was the cars and motorcycles, ambulances. We didn't get a good night's sleep until we got home. For the price, it wasnt bad, we had asked if we could move and was told there was no other location available, however, the parking lot was always empty (and so was the breakfast place) so I dont think they were booked up.

Liked: I enjoy the proximity to Carlsbad Village San Diego, proper. The access from the freeway was very easy . it was very clean overall I enjoyed my stay. Definitely would be back and recommend.

Liked: I travel very often due to my job and have had many positive and negative experiences. But this place I stayed was definitely the best overall. I checked in on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at around 5 pm, and even by mistake I had booked a facility with the same name (or very similar) but I think it was in New Mexico, but since the confirmation code did not arrive at the hotel reception, I realized this mistake after the reception lady warned me and we called booking.com customer service to cancel the reservation and made a new reservation and completed my reservation at the right place. First of all, I would like to thank booking.com customer service for canceling my wrong reservation and also refunding my fee, and for agreeing to refund my full fee for the similarly named facility in the other city. I would also like to thank the female receptionists on duty that evening for their help. Also, although breakfast starts at 6:30 in the morning and I had to leave the hotel before 6, the gentleman on duty at the reception served me coffee, which made me very happy. I definitely recommend this facility to everyone. Finally, I have no problem repeating that, in my hundreds of experiences, this facility was definitely the best in general. Thank you to everyone.
