Woken, late at night by...

Liked: The break feast was good and for the most part, staff was professional and pleasant.
Disliked: Unfortunately, a few things now.... I was asleep 10/5/24 in Room 165 at 11:30PM,,, then was awoken by a a nock on my door and someone telling med I had a pizza delivery. I had not ordered one and said so. I then looked out the peep hole and whoever was standing there knocking was out of view yet stated that their order said to deliver to my room!!! I told them I did not order anything. Shortly after that, I went to the front desk, recorded the interaction with Quin and explained what just happened. The relevant portion of the interaction was that he said no on had come in the front door in the related time frame!!! I've since written the general manager, Jay Rathod, TWICE (10/8/24 and 10/14/24) and have heard nothing. As stated in the email sent, I expect to be refunded for the stay. I will keep this going, in allll sorts of legal way's if "you" don't refund my expenses for the stay at your hotel.
