Liked: Very clean. Great water pressure. Quiet. If I'm in this area again, I'll always chose BWC
Disliked: Might seem silly but, the shower curtain refused to close on the shower head side, so the floor was always getting a lot of water, no matter what I did to try and keep it closed

Disliked: TV unreliable, light switches faulty, sink would not hold water. Eggs at breakfast were not warm.
