Convenient stop for our journey.

Liked: Reasonable rate, nice area to walk out behind/beyond hotel. Right side near noisy roadway. Left side near larger parking lot and pool. Lots of dogs on first floor behind check-in desk. No issue except room next to us had a barker. Only stayed one night and our dog did surprisingly well for his first hotel experience.
Disliked: Sink did not drain, removed drain plug which helped cause it was dirty. Lighting over sink was poor. Bathroom small.Noisy highway on right side, but did not hear it from left side of hotel. Noise from hallway was loud.

Disliked: Layout of the room was weird fromt he minute you walked in. Very tight getting into door with any luggage. Felt very crammed in there. Room was so small. Could hardly move around. Pet fee is way too high! Too close to the freeway, very noisy.

Liked: Easy access on and off highway.
Disliked: 1. Had to wait for front desk staff when we arrived.2. Property was very dirty, lots of garbage on property. Back door was not locked or secure. Floors were dirty. Lots of “pot” odor in the back foyer.3. Lots of road noise.4. Beds very hard and uncomfortable.5. Very disappointed with the shower not working. 6. Breakfast choices not very good. Coffee was terrible.

Disliked: I checked in… And immediately checked out within the hour… Felt very uncomfortable with the clientele at this place. It was like a low-grade Motel 6 with lipstick on… Bed was extremely hard when I sat on it facilities were not up to standard… Literally paid for this hotel for an hour and immediately booked another hotel about a mile away. Now I will say the best Western off of new Kingstown exit is way better than this one… Do yourself a favor spend a few more dollars and avoid this place.
