Disliked: I checked in… And immediately checked out within the hour… Felt very uncomfortable with the clientele at this place. It was like a low-grade Motel 6 with lipstick on… Bed was extremely hard when I sat on it facilities were not up to standard… Literally paid for this hotel for an hour and immediately booked another hotel about a mile away. Now I will say the best Western off of new Kingstown exit is way better than this one… Do yourself a favor spend a few more dollars and avoid this place.

OK Stay but no EV...

Liked: Location , pet friendly, EV charging
Disliked: EV charging didn’t work. I had called earlier to check and all OK. No stopper for the tub, sink drain was clogged by hair in the bathroom.

Disliked: Disgusting stain in bathtub...looked like hallway carpets were not vacuumed for a while...room had dust on surfaces...bathroom floor not clean

Liked: I travel to Carlisle a number of times per year and always stay at this hotel. The location is perfect and the facilities are excellent.
Disliked: This time the digital readout of the room thermostat wasn't working, so I had to guess what the temerature of the room was.
