Liked: Decent sized room, good price, basic amenities, friendly staff, big mini fridge, good A/C, free breakfast, soft pillows, easy access to the freeways.
Disliked: The milk at breakfast was sour. Toilets have a weak flush.

Entering without permission

Disliked: When I checked in, I requested late check out. The front desk attendant entered my room while I was getting out of the shower, even with a Do Not Disturv sign on the door. When I checked out I questioned him about it and he did not apologize. Also, false advertising - no functioning hot tub for over a year and no working pool.
