The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our room and the continental breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located for our trip to the beach and then the Coach House for a concert. We would stay here again.

Liked: The room was great; nice decor; comfortable bed.

Liked: Courteous staff; clean rooms. Everyone in our group had a good stay.
Disliked: Shuttle to concert stops at 9:30 pm, but concerts end around 12. No return ride.

Liked: There was a good amount of storage and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was surprisingly really good.
Disliked: The bathroom door wouldn’t close in the room. When we first got there the whole room smelt kind of funky and I realized it was coming from the bathroom. It smelt kind of like moldy or sitting water.

Liked: Excellent value and close to the Mission, which is why tourists come there. I stayed in one of the not remodeled rooms, but it was acceptable, clean, and the bed and sheets/pillows were good hotel quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It's a little noisy due to a freeway being close. But that is normal in this price level and in southern California.
