Liked: Nice clean room.
Disliked: No elevator and I was traveling with my disabled mother. It would've been nice to know beforehand so I could have requested the ground floor. The bed was a little firm for my liking but that's just my opinion. Lastly the breakfast variety looked good but the quantity was lacking.
