Disappointing

Liked: It was comfortable.
Disliked: The guy the hotel hired to blow the snow in their parking lot hit my car. The hotel provided me with video footage, but the guy didn’t even tell anyone he did it. Very unethical and disappointing. I stayed there to be closer to work and so my phone wouldn’t be damaged during a snow storm and it was still damaged.

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. There were oversized towels, which is very rare in a hotel. We had a great time!
Disliked: The only issue we had was about an hour after arriving, there was a knock at the door and it was the girl from the front desk. She forgot that she gave us the room and tried to give it to someone else
