Liked: Staff was friendly and it was really close to where we needed to be for the weekend.
Disliked: There was a constant chemical smell in our room and the bed was more on the stiff side so it wasn't the most comfortable.

We had a awesome stay!

Liked: It was great! room was very clean, Breakfast was a surprise! we had hot eggs, sausage, & waffles. I was expecting cold continental breakfast. Would defiantly stay there again!!!!
Disliked: the people next to us had their TV loud enough that we could hear it through the walls. No other negatives!!!

Lousy customer service. Pushy and...

Disliked: Disappointed there was not an elevator at this location. I was in the airport when the location called me to tell me my card had not been approved. I explained I had just landed at the airport and would take care of it when I arrived at the hotel. The gentleman on the phone was insistant that I pay over the phone. I told him I would call back once I was away from the airport and had secured my car which I did. I will not be returning to this Best Western! He was too abrasive. Very disappointing. Not very good at customer service to say the least.

Liked: There was a nice outdoor space for my pet to run around. It was well manicured.
Disliked: Bathtub wasn't cleaned well (hair). There were small roaches present and the bed was a little too firm. Sorry if I seem too picky. This was pet friendly room, don't know if that makes a difference.
