Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect for my travel plans, departing oh a private tour from the Greenlibe Coach Station. The staff managing the concierge desk were very helpful and efficient.
Disliked: The dining space for breakfasts is quite small, so it was really busy Perhaps set up specific breakfast slots/timings to be booked the previous evening or on check-in to avoid guests having to wait.

Comfortable and well located with...

Liked: The property is located very close to Victoria Station in the heart of Westminster in two building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are comfortable and very compact.
Disliked: No elevators. The choice of the breakfast spread is monotonous and limited.

Liked: Friendly staff, good location for exploring London . Good size bedroom and bathroom and clean. Reasonable priced.

Liked: Super clean and modern. The staff were super helpful. Friendly and informative. Room was really clean, modern and comfortable. Bed and linen were great and the bathroom was lovely was a fantastic shower. Great value for money I will definitely stay again.

Great Room, But Noise Issues...

Liked: The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. There were plenty of conveniently placed power outlets and good lighting throughout. Adjusting the room temperature was simple and effective, ensuring comfort during the stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, adding a positive touch to the experience.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the noise levels were a significant downside. The room was adjacent to train tracks, making the sound of passing trains noticeable. Additionally, there was a loud humming noise past midnight, which made it difficult to relax. The disruption was compounded by other guests entering the property loudly between 3:00 and 3:30 AM, which disturbed an otherwise pleasant stay.
