Liked: I liked the variety each morning at breakfast. Sometimes the hot items were just barely warm. I especially enjoyed the scones.The bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient.
Disliked: The temperature of the room was difficult to control. I only had room service one day.

Liked: The bed was nice.
Disliked: This room did not have a microwave or refrigerator as stated in the paperwork. This was a top priority. The bathroom cubby had an empty water bottle in it and the people kitty corner from me were caught listening to me as a woman stood outside her door and when she saw my feet under the door quickly went back in her room. RUDE! ICE MACHINE on 6th floor out of order!!!
