Disliked: No hot water due to the hotel being full so could not have hot bath or shower.

Liked: Decor very attractive. Felt safe there. Lovely bar area. Very friendly staff. Proximity to the town. Being able to park out the front.Beds comfy. Not so the pillows!
Disliked: The pillows had no body to them and felt very uncomforatble.

Disliked: Heating was on high all night and the windows didn’t open. 1 toilet roll and this was in room 103. Walls very thin, could hear everything in the room above

Liked: First room allocated the bathroom light didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush given another room which was better but on the top floor and the water pressure was low and the heating turned off early evening which made it quite cold by the middle of the night
