Liked: Always a good stay here . Off the beaten path and quiet however close to the college and local shopping and restaurants . Always my go to when in town visiting my daughter who attends Brockport University .

Good stay, friendly staff, clean...

Liked: The location was good, near the main part of town & college, but was quieter a couple of blocks away. I did drive past the entry sign a couple of times, lol, because the hotel is set back a bit. Clean, big single room, comfortable to get work done.
Disliked: Walls & floor were thin. I could hear other tvs and other guests' conversations that weren't high volume. Otoh, no traffic noise and it was very quiet after 10 pm.

Disliked: Room was too hot... woke up at 2 am to go to the bathroom and could not go back to sleep because the room was too hot for me and I could not control the room temp

Disliked: I only stopped to get a few hours of sleep, and told the girl at the desk, then she put some noisy people right next to us , when I went to the desk no one was there , so we just left @9:30 pm and for 3 hours I got charged $161 , I would like a refund for my inconvenience please, very rude!
