Crap. Unkind front desk that...

Liked: We prepaid 2 rooms and when we arrived the other was a big mess and under renovation. We all had to sleep 7 of us on the floors and beds. I’d like a refund of 2 rooms, 1 night.

The front desk, man, one arm with a T, told me three times he talked to the manager. He pretended to call the manager, but never called her. When we finally got hold of the manager, she said she knew nothing about the incident. The manager then told us she couldn’t do anything for us.

Needs ownership's attention

Disliked: We called directly for "the best rate" but was informed that a 3rd party offered better rates. So we booked through Booking.com and saved $20.The facility needs maintenance attention.Room floors had not been cleaned. The shower was dirty - snot on the walls from a previous guest. The tile in the bathroom is missing grout. We were in 206 - which is above the pool mechanical room ..so we got a high pitch squeal periodically throughout the night. The hot tub was out of order.
