An uncomfortable bed ruined our...

Liked: The hotel and room were very clean. The clerk at the counter was very friendly.
Disliked: The bed in room 214 needs to be replaced ASAP. It is very uncomfortable because it has a deep groove on each side of the bed where you lie down. The reason for a hotel stay during a road trip is to get a good night’s sleep but we were unable to do that.

Liked: The lady at the front was nice.
Disliked: We got our room, then went to dinner. When we got back and actually looked around the room it was dirty. There was hair and trash around tub areas and the hard flooring. The bed sheet was dirty so I just didn't use it. For the price I spent, you could of at least cleaned better. Won't be coming back

Disliked: Wasn't informed of the pet fee until on site and checking in even though I booked a pet friendly room with the guaranteed rate
