Disappointing

Disliked: Our room smelt like a dog was let loose and peed everywhere.the smell was so bad we were unable to be comfortable. I have stayed here a few other times and it was not bad but this time around the smell was so unbearable that I could not wait to leave. The air conditioning did not work and the room was extremely hot.

Needs some maintenance

Liked: Spacious rooms, nice coffee machine
Disliked: No hot water in the morning, couldn’t take a shower. Staff said a plumber was coming, but not fixed before we had to leave.

Marginal place to stay when...

Liked: Location and pet friendly.
Disliked: Front desk clerk was delayed opening the door for my arrival - only came around the wall after I had to call the property. The lobby reeked of marijuana, and I mentioned to the clerk - and she said a customer had just smoked apparently before walking through the lobby. However I had been standing at the locked front door for over 5 min, so the story was suspect. I had booked a king room, but she put me into a double queen instead, because the other room was not cleaned. The pet friendly room I was assigned was not particularly clean - pet hair on floor, etc.
