Liked: Everything was great! The only thing was each year when we get there a little before 3:00 we have never had to pay an extra $20. We were there only about 30 minutes before check in time but went ahead and paid the $20 because the person a the front desk said it couldn't be over rode. We appreciate everything there other than that.

The hotel was nice and...

Liked: In a nice walkable neighborhood. All employees were very nice.
Disliked: The Thursday and Friday breakfast was horrible. There were a lot of people there evacuating from a hurricane in Florida. The lady that was there that day had a horrible attitude and did not keep the breakfast area stocked. I know there were a lot more people there than usual but that’s no excuse. That’s her job and the breakfast time frame is not that long.
