Liked: Nothing did not stay
Disliked: The front desk clerk was horrible abd tge accommodations were very poor. It was so unpleasant we did not stay we booked our stay with the Hampton Inn paying for two hotels am hoping to get some of my costs refunded from best Western.

Liked: Breakfast was okay!
Disliked: The sink in the bathroom would not drain properly. It needed to have a plumber check why it took forever for the water to drain!

Liked: Next door to Dutch Bros coffee drive-thru!
Disliked: Hallways very dingy, no lobby area, had to ask for both handsoap and a privacy (do not disturb) sign. That didn't help a lot because housekeeping was very loud, banging into the walls in the next room and yelling conversations outside the door.

Disliked: When I arrived the check in staff did not have room key for me because the key reader wasn't working for a say and half I did not have key to my room it was not a pleasant experience

Disliked: Internet Wi-Fi service kept cutting in and out. This happened all four days that I was there an called the front desk twice and they would just give me excuses that too many people using the wifi plus they have no upgrade option either.
