Very comfortable and accommodating

Liked: The staff, the room upgrade was amazing .. And the restaurant food was very good. Best Club sandwich I’ve had in a long time. And having older children it was great staying in a quiet zone during a hockey tournament with kids running around the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing really

Liked: Was awesome and definitely will come back, but my jets wouldn’t work at all. I tried at night and in the am and nothing
Disliked: Nothing just paid for the whirlpool and the jets didn’t work

Will definitely stay again!

Liked: Hotel and room very clean and comfortable !Included breakfast was a great bonus!
Disliked: The float in the toilet was broken and the jacuzzi tub would not stay running

Liked: The pool was so nice! The room was cheaper but still really nice and clean. I needed a night away with my 2 boys and we ended up with a room off the court yard which is huge with a playground right out the sliding door! 10/10 recommend we will definitely be coming back
Disliked: There was a hockey tournament in town and the place was crawling with loud but polite hockey boys and their drunk parents. It made the experience a little unenjoyable as the kids where way to out of control, my 4 year old ended up getting a ball to the back in the pool because the kids where whipping it across the pool at each other and we got in the crossfire when one of the boy was a little off his shot. The kids were playing ball hockey in the halls until after midnight and when addressing the parents was told to relax they are just being kids… we really didn’t get much sleep.

Liked: Breakfast was ok buffet which didn’t get replenished and there was a lot of guests
Disliked: First room fireplace didnt work maintenance tried to fix over half n hour . Front desk gave me attitude when asked for another room . I paid extra for fireplace.
