Checked all the important boxes....

Liked: Location, price, very comfy bed, good breakfast, quiet, very clean new bathroom, excellent service from front desk staff, delicious breakfast buffet
Disliked: Light shining in back door that blackout curtains didn’t exclude, crack under room door, room smelled like too much air freshener, waitress (older lady) pouncing on me for my breakfast slip after it had been politely requested by other waitress-waaaayyyyy too intense before having coffee

Liked: Value, location, pool and hot tub, restaurant, friendly staff.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't the greatest. Two kinds of sausage, no bacon. Bacon would have made it 100% better. :)

Liked: Great beds and pillows. Very clean and quiet at night. Lovely helpful staff. Very nice breakfast buffet in comparison to other ones provided at similar price range .
Disliked: Sauna was locked..TV froze a lot

Disrespectful kids

Disliked: The fact that there were kids in the nextvroom screaming at 12:30am when we were trying to sleep...made 2 calls down to front desk. 1st call was at 10:30pm blaring rap music we could hear word for word. No parents were in the room. Very disrespectful

Disliked: I was charged for my room on booking .com and they took a $100 charge that was supposed to be refunded and then they charged me for my room a second time on my credit card. This is 5 days later and it still is not credited back to me.

Very comfortable and accommodating

Liked: The staff, the room upgrade was amazing .. And the restaurant food was very good. Best Club sandwich I’ve had in a long time. And having older children it was great staying in a quiet zone during a hockey tournament with kids running around the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing really
