Liked: The staff was okay
Disliked: There were dead bugs on the ceiling in our bathroom also hair all over the floor. The staff was talking about the smell of hot or burning wires in the hotel

Liked: Convenient after going to Silver Dollar City.
Disliked: We was suppose to have breakfast and they said someone was sick and they didn’t offer anything for breakfast . It adds a lot onto your budget when you have to take everyone out to breakfast. They should if offered fruit and cereal or something .

Liked: Pet friendly rooms with patio door that leads straight outside. And loved the game room.
Disliked: Unfortunately they had some sort of emergency and did not have breakfast available.

Disappointing room and staff.

Liked: We choose this hotel due to it's close proximity to Silver Dollar City (less than a half mile from the parking lots.)
Disliked: Took 10 minutes for the front desk clerk to find my reservation probably due to being distracted by several front desk calls. The room some time recently had the carpet replaced with very cheap laminate which is is now coming up in several sections including being wavy. Not good for an ADA room. While the property allows dogs, there is a prominent sign in the lobby as you check in telling guests to not leave their dogs unattended. Apparently the staff does not understand their own rule as the family in the adjoining room next to ours left their dog unattended all day long for two straght days so it barked and barked until they came back late each night. Our room was in the middle of the main hallway so guests all around also had to deal with the barking dog. And, I got an Email through the Booking app from them telling me exciting news - they have a cajun restaurant onsite. Unfortunely, when we arrived we were told they are closed. So why send me an Email advertising a restaurant that is not open?? The only reason we stay here is that it is so close to SDC but we will likely find other rooms somewhere else in a few months when we return.
