Pleasant

Disliked: There was no breakfast as stated and the pool was closed. Two main reasons I booked with them

I got refunded twenty dollars...

Liked: The staff was okay
Disliked: There were dead bugs on the ceiling in our bathroom also hair all over the floor. The staff was talking about the smell of hot or burning wires in the hotel

It wasn’t a good experience...

Liked: Convenient after going to Silver Dollar City.
Disliked: We was suppose to have breakfast and they said someone was sick and they didn’t offer anything for breakfast . It adds a lot onto your budget when you have to take everyone out to breakfast. They should if offered fruit and cereal or something .
