TERRIBLE,worst stay ever !!

Liked: The breakfast was the best part of our 2 night stay. The woman (may have been part of the house keeping staff) was very helpful and nice.
Disliked: As soon we arrived with our 15 pieces of various sized luggage the man Raj at the desk gave us a dirty look. When my 11 year old grandson went to get a luggage cart to help us put the luggage on it Raj yelled at him because there was a little lift that my grandson had to push the cart a little harder to get it over so that was when Raj yelled at him “don’t do that stop” . He then yelled at my 31 year old son “this is why I don’t want him doing this “,he thought my grandson was playing but he was just wanting to help. The woman at the desk was also not nice. In my opinion neither Raj or the woman at the main desk belong in the hospitality field.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Room was dirty, with hairs in the bathroom. Breakfast was totally inadequate, with too little choose and awful quality

Liked: Great clean hotel. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Will look to coming back again when we are up in Mass.

Location for our needs was...

Liked: We liked the locaiton; staff was helpful in storing our luggage until checkin; the manager was testy when I told him that during a previous visit - 2022 - we waited nearly 15' for a receptionist to check in; no problem in acquiring a luggage cart;
Disliked: The faucet and commode where loose; room was cramped; and being on the second floor, those above us were a little noisy; Price of the stay with taxes is over the top and excessive. Discovered that no points are given if booked through a third party, hence Booking.Inc. Why not? You manipulate the client to your advantage, Points should be given for our three night stay at Aiden, West Yarmouth and for the Braintree stay, I should not be punished for whom I book this lodging. We appreciated the comfort and...

Liked: Food was fine, what we usually get at BW. Liked the coffee, tea and water available 24/7.
Disliked: Breakfast area was crowded with too many tables and chairs. It was hard to navigate.
