Liked: Staff ok
Disliked: There was a wedding on so we couldn't get a meal wasn't told until we went down then told you can have room service if you like wasn't told when we booked in it would of been good if they waved the room charge for the meal as wasn't given a option

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Staff all welcoming and cheerful.

Liked: Everything was as good as expected if not better. Easy check in, comfortable rooms, the staff were great. Very good value for money.A big shout out to the lady in reception whom checked us in as she was very helpful, very cheerful and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she made me & my partner basically feel at home.
Disliked: Can't really comment on this as all was great.

Disliked: No anti slip mat for showering in the bath,would have been good to have a small fridge in room as I'm a diabetic, would have been a bit of a problem keeping my insulin cool if staying longer

Liked: While my stay was positive overall, particularly with the room and the warm welcome upon arrival, I found the breakfast experience disappointing and poorly managed.I came down for breakfast with my two small children around 9 AM, only to be met with a confusing situation. We waited over 15 minutes before anyone greeted or assisted us, which is unacceptable. The staff appeared disorganized and distracted, rushing around without properly attending to guests.When we finally placed our order, we were informed that there was no bacon or hash browns available. While potato balls were offered as an alternative, this felt like an inadequate substitute given the expectations of a full breakfast service.This experience detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. If I were to return, I would likely skip the breakfast option entirely unless improvements are made to both the service and menu availability.

Liked: Convenient location and very nice decor throughout
Disliked: Barely any parking, room was like a sauna when we got in it with all radiators on full blast and the room for 2 people was tiny it barely fit the bed in it.

Good stay for I needed

Liked: Staff are always friendly food was good
Disliked: Rooms need an upgrade on the ground floor was by the toilets they smell

Hotel provided a fun time...

Liked: Plenty of parking a short walk from the hotel and the room had everything I needed and was nice and clean. The event room we used was great and all the staff very helpful.
Disliked: It was a bit loud during the night and it took over an hour to get breakfast with some options having run out. My order was taken but not put through at the time and had to be retaken. fortunately I was not in a rush but if I had been I likely would have had to skip breakfast.
