Ok for just one nights...

Liked: It was we expected
Disliked: When we got into the room there was not any heating on all night so did not get much sleep with been cold

Disliked: The morning staff was very unhelpful has I was stuck in there car park Wicth had not been salted when I ask for some help to get out they told they was nothing they can do so asked for a shovel Wicth the lady did not want me to borrow at all she came over to the car park where I was trying to shovel the snow away so I could get out and asked for it back she cloud clearly see I was make if a path way out very unhelpful

Great place to stay when...

Liked: The location is good, and parking is available. The hotel has a very friendly staff, and the rooms are good-sized. The bed was comfortable and our stay was good.
Disliked: N/A

Very good

Liked: Liked the 24hrs access. Breakfast was lovely and loads of it, I particularly liked the jug of coffee at Breakfast, saving you having to get up for more hot drinks.

Great hotel and helpful staff

Liked: Have stayed many times in a family room, good location
Disliked: I’m told the family rooms are being altered to only accommodate 2 guests

Disappointing

Disliked: The room was very dated dirty and dusty . Wires exposed at rear of tv . Pubic hairs on towels and bed tried to raise issues with staff couldn’t find anybody . Window wouldn’t open room very stuffy
