Hotel Description
The Blackbutt Hotel is a suburban delight offering local pub hospitality great food and entertainment. Rooms are located on the 2nd floor above hotel with access via elevator. All rooms have their own ensuite TV fridge tea/coffee making facilities iron and board some rooms have a desk. Room service is available during restaurant hours. Parking - is located across cul de sac at the rear of hotel with entry via basement of the hotel. Reception - can be found in the one stop shop with newsagent post office and bottle shop from 6am to 8pm Monday - Saturday; Sunday 7am - 8pm. Check in outside these hours needs to be pre-arranged. We are a short drive to the John Hunter Hospital Hunter Stadium Newcastle Entertainment Center and Westfield Kotara.

Fabulous stay as always. Great...

Liked: Karen always looks after me when I stay and was kind enough to give me an upgrade, which I very much appreciated (thanks Karen !). Rooms are always clean and comfortable and quiet. Pub/Bistro/Bottle shop downstairs means you don't need to drive anywhere for dinner. Food is always good too. This is my go-to when I travel to Newcastle. Highly recommend !!

Liked: Location, cafes downstairs, restaurant/bar inside venue. Friendly staff
Disliked: Shower wasn't great, water pressure was poor and hard to get to a comfortable temperature.
