Disliked: There were dead flies in the bathroom and on the window sill

Liked: The room was great. I added a message when booking that I would be bringing an elderly person. We were put in beautiful handicapped accessible room. Having room access from the parking lot was excellent for her.
Disliked: The traffic when getting out of the parking lot is bad, but you can’t fix that.

Liked: Great place to stay Loved the bar on site! Also walking distance to bars downtown Spearfish

Liked: Very spacious clean room. Very quiet. Staff was really pleasant. Good breakfast. We will stay there again

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly and bigger rooms.
Disliked: Mattress was completely stained. We had to flip mattress and sleep on the none pillow top because the hotel was sold out. When we informed the staff, they did say they would slot bed for replacement. But they didn't comp us or offer any recourse from the situation. Discourage to stay there again, and we travel to Spearfish frequently.
