Disliked: Road noise made it hard to sleep and it smelled like cooking instead of a freshly cleaned room.

Disliked: Noise of traffic and neighbours next door. Arrived to check in and the person was on an airport run. I’m currently on crutches, asked for a ground floor room was told this was a limited option. Not an option, but a limited option

Liked: The room was larger than I thought it would be, very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was no milk in the fridge and as we checked in late and had a very early start the next morning, there was no one at reception to contact to get some. The ceiling fan didn’t work either.

Liked: The room is clean and offers a free shuttle to the airport.
Disliked: The room was not on ground level as advertised when booked. The place is tired and outdated, and has a feeling of a place that the owners just don't care about anymore. Charging $350 for this room is just simply outrageous.
