Never booking again u try...

Liked: The room itself was nice, had teens playing around knocking at my door all night!
Disliked: The teens knocking at my door every 15 minutes till like 4am and running off down the hall and the fact that I paid in full everything owed for my one night emergency stay mind you that I have yet to be reimbursed by my landlord for, you guys have attempted to charge my card at least four times since my stay! I have bank statement documentation that everything was paid, and nothing was accidentally refunded back to my account like it was claimed for reasoning of trying to charge me again multiple times now! I will never stay here again! Take me to court cause I already paid in full and have the proof to back it up

Liked: Good location for the area - Pittsfield, Stockbridge, Great Barrington and the Berkshires. Breakfast had good variety of food.

Liked: Great staff! So helpful and hardworking. Easy access to room, gym, parking. Really good breakfast spread, available for a good portion of the morning.

Liked: It's a very nice hotel, we stayed at the whirlpool suite and was exactly what we were looking for, very private, very clean. The dining area had many healthy choices to serve yourself a good a breakfast and it was included with the rate so even better!
Disliked: Maybe offer a great deal for a late checkout, specifically of the whirlpool suite. We would've considered it.
