ok but could have been...

Liked: comfy beds helpful staff excellent location helped me with an occupant issue to their best effort
Disliked: excessive noise from next door including children screaming and running until almost 1am. complained to staff in AM and she spoke to them. Next night things were quieter but still audible. looked like they used it as a temporary homeless shelter and the occupant was taking advantage of them.

Wonderful experience

Liked: I had an excellent stay! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. It was ready early too, giving me plenty of time to hit the ski slopes without feeling rushed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Overall it was a good...

Liked: The service was very good. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and nice, hot coffee.
Disliked: Mattress in Rm. 174 near the window was very hard, as if the mattress had been overturned. It was like sleeping on the boxspring in stead of the mattress. Shower head wobbly and water pressure was very low.Bathtub did not look clean.No plug in the sink. But lots of towels and toiletries, working coffee maker, efficient staff person (Danielle) when we needed a TV remote replaced.

Disliked: Bedding was dirty. Flooring was coming up. Could have used a refresh years ago.

Disliked: The heat only went up to 61 degrees. The room was dated . The breakfast as mediocre

Bathroom needed some work. Bed...

Liked: The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful
Disliked: The room had an odd smell to it, they bathroom needed some serious work. The shower wall was cracked. The shower curtain was too short. There was not a vent for the shower. There was a bottle opener screwed into the door frame, the outlet had some scorch marks and the shower water was way to dangerously hot. Also, the wind was so bad that night it blew the door wide open early morning even with the latch on.

Not worth the money

Liked: The staff at check in were friendly.
Disliked: The lack of cleanliness in the room. There was a bunch of hair in the sheets, crumbs and a fork in the rollaway. The rollaway bed was not made up and that mattress... Oof. My daughter has hives from something on the sheets, there was a used soap bar in the shower, and one of the neighboring room had someone who kept stepping outside to talk loudly. The room was not soundproofed well
