Terrible

Disliked: I made this booking for my girlfriend, I was out of state and could not be with her. She arrived and instead of being put in the hotel that I saw in all pics and websites, she was put in an exterior separate section of the hotel ( problem #1). Then problem #2 was it was dark in the parking lot, and that unsettled her. Problem #3 and the worst thing was there was a man in grubby clothes that was standing right at her door smoking and just hanging out. She waited a while and he just stayed there, she was very nervous and unsettled by it all, so I told her to leave.  She ended up driving back home late at night because of the whole situation.Your reviews looked good, and what I guess is the main hotel looked nice, so I booked it.

Disliked: toilet leaked.both tubs drained very slow

Liked: Quality room set up, cleanliness, atmosphere quiet, value for the money.
Disliked: The in room coffee maker did not work. I am up early8 and the coffee machine downstairs was not ‘on’ yet.

No working toilet-not fun

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: The toilet didn't work, and they came when we called the first time and just plunged it. That was not the issue it wouldn't flush at all. We called again, and no one came. The next morning, I asked the front desk when someone was going to fix it. She knew nothing about it. No one ever came. They didn't offer a different room or anything. It wasn't fun being sick and not having a working toilet.
