Liked: The property is beautiful. We opted for a room with a Jacuzzi tub in the room which was an incredible amenity to enjoy. Establishments near by were also enjoyable for dining etc
Disliked: When we arrived our tv in our room was broken. It took a little bit but staff was able to swap it out with another one.

Disliked: I made this booking for my girlfriend, I was out of state and could not be with her. She arrived and instead of being put in the hotel that I saw in all pics and websites, she was put in an exterior separate section of the hotel ( problem #1). Then problem #2 was it was dark in the parking lot, and that unsettled her. Problem #3 and the worst thing was there was a man in grubby clothes that was standing right at her door smoking and just hanging out. She waited a while and he just stayed there, she was very nervous and unsettled by it all, so I told her to leave.  She ended up driving back home late at night because of the whole situation.Your reviews looked good, and what I guess is the main hotel looked nice, so I booked it.
