Liked: The AC worked good
Disliked: Very, very, very dirty nothing was white. Everything was yellow. The water pressure there was none kept getting in our room. Had to wait on the staff for 30 minutes for them to come and get us in because the lock on our door wouldn’t work. We woke up with our body hurting everywhere From the bed.

Disliked: found bed bugs / roaches in my room. then they refused my security deposit.

Liked: The lady that prepared or took care of breakfast was very nice
Disliked: The carpet on arrival was not clean. The bathroom was not clean to a point of me feeling comfortable. The cleaning lady may have cleaned it but couldn’t be bare foot got in the shower with my leather flip flops. Shower had very bad water stains mixed with don’t know what. The room had to have AC cause it had an odor

Horrible night!

Disliked: Checked in extremely late after midnight. Phone in room inop, smoke detector beeped. every 30 seconds continually after 5am. Therefore, we decided to leave after 4 hours of sleep. Have video of both situations mentioned above. Unable to load video but will gladly email if needed.

Liked: The breakfast was very good and hot. The lady over the breakfast was very friendly
Disliked: First I was given the wrong key in which I walked in on an occupied room with a couple in it. Second my room key did not work, and lastly there was an old sanitary napkin in the trash can that had the bathroom smelling.

Liked: The front desk was very sweet and professional and theb room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The water was cold when we tried to take a shower
