Great staff.

Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: The breakfast area was so cold that if you got eggs they were cold after two bites. There was no variety, would have liked potatoes or something other than scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles for the hot breakfast options.

Disliked: Upon arriving the lady at the front desk asked for my driver license than took a picture with her phone ,then she taxed me after i paid for the room online also charged me $50 for incidential which i still haven't received back the room had roaches and no breakfast was served

Disliked: Everything the room was not a suite that I paid for the bed did not look like a king size bed, and I checked out a day early and was still charged for two days. I will never use Booking.com again and I will never stay at this establishment again, sincerely Naomi Alexander.

Disliked: Our room was cold. Told the receptionist about the issue, he said give about 20 to warm up. So we went to our party and came back, it was still cold. We ended up sleeping in a cold room. At checkout, I complained again about the cold room. All that was said was they would inform the manager. Not happy
