Liked: The parking assistance was outstanding and very friendly every day. He made this stay here excellent. The staff there were very good and friendly also but the parking assistance went above and beyond.
Disliked: Bed in our room was very hard and uncomfortable.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and great location. Parking attendant was great.
Disliked: No public restrooms to use before you can get checked into your room. They charged me an extra night so gave to wait for that to go back into my account. One of the lady's at the front desk was not pleasant even though they overcharged me.

Liked: Location was great, easy access for parking and clean.
Disliked: We were warned about the possibility of noise outside which was fine but didn’t realise they meant cleaners pressure washing bins and could hear their conversations at 3 am.

Got no rest we left...

Liked: Third stay at this hotel. Normally ok visits not this time Came in from a long camping trip.looking forward to some sleep room 211 backed up to roof top bar. Loud music very loud even OVER normal tv volume glass bottles crashing, clinging ,sheet pans banging went on half the night!! thin walls?? Mentioned this to front desked she didn't really care.we were happy to see the bar/ restaurant was closed the next day BUTthe next night it started at 2 am garbage trucks 4am bar started pulling out chair and setting up.from being closed during Christmas again loud noises waking us up thru the rest of the night .
Disliked: Thin walls hear everything even room next door

Liked: Bed good, clean room. Convenient location, Parking on premises
Disliked: Very small room for the price. No restaurant on site. No luggage cart available. For older guests this is very dramatic. Lugages are heavy.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. I think the location would normally be good, but because we stayed on Christmas night during the St. Augustine Nights of Lights, it was ridiculously overcrowded and extremely noisy.
Disliked: The front desk lady was very rude. The room and bathroom were tiny. The walls were paper thin, could hear everything from the rooms next door and from the outside. Light streamed in through the strange blinds all night long from the lights outside.

Liked: So convenient to walk to the Lights and restaurants and businesses.
