Convenient and comfortable location for...

Liked: Yoghurt and fruit
Disliked: Limited choices on breakfast cerals, most of food choices were too sweet or too fatty.

Exceptional

Liked: I request rooms next to each other and lower level. Best Western double bed are 2nd level and king lower level. This trip I needed 1 king and 1 double room, all understandable. The rooms are clean and comfortable the breakfast was great my stay was excellent.

I came, I slept, I...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient. Ground floor room was a plus.
Disliked: Breakfast was as bad as any other hotel serving reconstituted eggs and sausages but no bacon. Biscuits were undercooked with what seemed to be uncooked dough. Shower had little pressure and was warm at best. No hot water.

I'll try another hotel next...

Liked: Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, it was quiet, I appreciated the reading lamp and armchair, good towels and toiletries.
Disliked: Too pricey. The pool was not usable because it had algae growing on the sides and the water was cloudy from algae. I reported this but nothing was done. Should have offered a discount.
