Disappointing

Liked: Close to a lot of attractions.
Disliked: The breakfast had expired yogurt in the fridge. The blankets were very scratchy. The pool did not have towels and the dirty ones were overflowing the basket. The pool/hot tub had our eyes burning from the chlorine (sitting pool side and not even in it.) When we asked for a new blanket, we were handed a rolled up blanket from what looked like the manager. We mentioned it was still scratchy and as she was walking down the hall she yelled "They are all the same." She did not make the stay welcoming and will be the reason we do not return to that hotel.

Disliked: Breakfast not what was advertised on board. Seemed as if the whole property was running on low budget. No face cloth in shower area, clerk at desk was seemed bored with the job.King size mattress should be replaced soon.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub in our room was so relaxing. Breakfast was good too.

Confusing check-in

Liked: Checked in & key card didn’t work on the first room, went & got new card 3 times then I suggested they give us a new room, repeat for second room, so the maintenance man let us in with his master key card, but I said how do we get back in when we leave? Oh will let you back in each time. Meanwhile two other couples had the same problem. I worried they’re going to give our key to someone else because they seem clueless on what’s happening with all the keys! Scary because we need to head out to appointments!

Liked: It was clean

Nice hotel , could have...

Liked: The executive king room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept in and didn’t eat breakfast.
Disliked: I stay here often in my home town whenever I visit family. The hotel never has enough employees on staff! There was one employee in the whole hotel on a busy Thursday night. No manager is on duty.
