Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and the hot tub was good but to drain it you had to hold the drain in order for it to drain and they had a piece of paper wedged in it to hold it in place

Liked: Pool room was a nice size but the hot tub was broken.
Disliked: The cleaning crews not covering all the bases. We had the one king bed with the whirlpool. Cringe. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Disliked: the first room we were in had an infestation of ladybugsi do not hold the hotel responsible as it was something beyond their control

Disliked: We were on the second floor and unfortunately a noisy neighbor was above us. Sound proofing between floors not the best.
