My stay at the Best...

Liked: The staff were wonderful and the breakfasts were very good.
Disliked: 1)The windows could have been cleaned. I wanted to take a picture of the sunrise but I couldn’t get one with the dirty windows. 2)I had to search out a lightbulb upon check-in because one of the lamps was burned out. 3) the A/C unit was very dirty with dust balls inside the vented area and mold growing outside the housing. 4) the TV experience was disappointing. Straight cable would have been much better. 5) the microwave was extremely small. 6)The Kleenex was so hard it crinkled and the toilet paper was the thinnest I’ve ever used. And finally, 7) I could have used a pen and paper pad of which there were none.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Carpet Beetles (not lady bugs) all over room and moldy showers. Have called property manager multiple times. Told I will get a call back and she never calls me back. Had to leave in the middle of the night due to bugs crawling on walls, dead in a/c unit and all smashed on the carpet/ floors. Spoke to multiple ppl and unable to get this resolved. Front desk man told me they were vacuuming up bags full of these beetles in rooms and some rooms had 30/40 of them.

Liked: comfortable beds/pillows. hot shower!
Disliked: was put in a first floor room and wish I had thought ahead to ask for something on the upper floors. after driving for nearly 12 hours, I just wanted a really hot shower and a comfortable bed. I got both of those, but the hallway noise and the people above me made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. I will probably never be back in that area, but for future stays anywhere, after traveling like I did for this trip, I will request to not be on the first floor. Also, I checked out at 5am and pretty sure I got a contact buzz from the insane smell of marijuana. Kind of disappointed because I stayed here the week prior, at the beginning of my trip, and had a great experience.
