Everyone on staff was very polite and helpful. Would stay there again.

This was a great hotel to stay at. I am already planning on staying here again next time I plan a trip to NYC area. Conveniently located close to restaurants shops and the LIRR. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

Very pleasant & enjoyable stay

Liked: First off the location is convenient. There’s lots of shopping & places to eat nearby. Room was pleasant & bed comfortable. Lots of hot water & good water pressure. Liked plank flooring instead of carpeting. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was nice; cereal, waffles, assorted breads & juices & a hot egg option each day. I loved the coffee machine with all the various coffee options…looked forward to my decaf latte each morning!
Disliked: There was minor damage to the wall that needed some repair & touch up & the heating unit was a bit noisy. It’s winter & having to access the room from an outside hallway was uncomfortable.

Disliked: Beds are uncomfortable. Heat and temps are all over the place. Small updates could mean a huge change in the rating for me

Disliked: There was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and the towel rack was hanging off the wall, loose screw, and the toilet handle was not working properly. The wallpaper on the walls was poorly installed and looks bad, also the sofa was in poor condition
