Everyone on staff was very polite and helpful. Would stay there again.

This was a great hotel to stay at. I am already planning on staying here again next time I plan a trip to NYC area. Conveniently located close to restaurants shops and the LIRR. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

Great all-around service and exceptional...

Disliked: The overnight staff Christine was very rude and obviously did not want to be there she was condescendingly curt and finished my sentences and questions before I even was able to ask them.I was there for over 12 nights without incident. However, the overnight staff told me I could not take her plates. " Did you steal my plates?" out of the cafeteria area?Having such abhorrent and instigative behavior is not indicative of a hospitality service industry.Nonetheless, I refuse to let one person tarnish or be accountable for the entire team of working employees who unequivocally aim to please every guest's needs 110%.

Great place to stay only...

Liked: As described and up to usual Best Western Standard. Friendly staff. Good value for money compared to others in the area. Easy free parking.
Disliked: Nothing. Microwave in room would have been a nice addition.

Liked: Since I arrived late, I was very tired. However the desk clerk at my arrival was extremely helpful and very accompdating.
Disliked: Nothing everything wene very well

Ok for a quick overnight,...

Liked: The location was perfect for our event and the breakfast was really nice.
Disliked: The beds were so high that I had to use the desk chair to get in & out of it and it was very difficult to get my shoes & socks off and on. And there was very little space to move around.

Liked: King size (1 bed + sofa bed) - the room was very spacious. The staff, from the front desk to housecleaning, were friendly and helpful. The person in charge of breakfast kept the stations full and clean.
