Liked: Easy access to highway Check out am-front clerk was very kind and polite regarding overnight incident. Gave us a credit for $50 off.
Disliked: Next to volunteer fire station that sounded air horn at 3am. Smelled terrible in hallway. Terribly loud neighbor overnight who didn’t respond to clerks request to keep it down. Manager was not on duty next am to talk with. Clerk said she ‘sent message’ to her about getting more of a refund, but no one ever got back to me to discuss it on an upper management level. Highly disappointed. 3 calls overnight to front desk about it. Finally fell asleep due to exhaustion. Only got 4 hours of sleep. (Sentence below is locked up and I can’t complete it). Horrible experience.
