Liked: Friendly service and atmosphere
Disliked: Shower head looked like there was mold on it. Didnt notice til i kept seein black flakes land on me and run into drain. Didnt care for having cleaners try to get in several times from 9am to our check out at 11.

Liked: The beds were out of this world! So comfortable! Very very clean! The breakfast was delicious not like a regular hotel breakfast! It was fresh and delicious!
Disliked: Not one thing that we disliked!

Gross

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: First room had a very strong smell, stains on the toilet, stains on the sheets. We asked for a different room The smell was much better and the sheets looked clean. But there was a dead roach in the room and the baseboards looked like they hadn't been dusted in years. Pretty gross overall. I wish we would have left and found a different hotel, but we were tired.

Liked: loved how large the room was and very clean.
Disliked: the pillows could have been firmer and the hot water could have been a bit warmer.

Liked: hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and willing to help.
Disliked: the hotel was very clean from first step inside and the room. there were bad orders and no strong perfumes . This was very important since I suffer allergies and asthma. thank you

Liked: nothing.
Disliked: Room was not clean, toilet did not flush, leftover food in the fridge from previous guests. The GM was not friendly when called about the issues. When we asked for a refund, he would only give a partial refund back. I would not recommend this facility.
