Disappointing

Not my expectations worse hotel...

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: The rooms was old and raggedy no hot water in our rooms and housekeeper was rude when we had do go downstairs and ask for towels and pool was all covered up no good views to even take pictures and the pictures on the internet the room didn’t look nothing of it was very deceiving

HOTEL WITH NO HOT WATER

Liked: Only plus to this is it was priced reasonably. I rather be comfortable and safe any day.
Disliked: Terrible experience. Lobby appeared clean and smelled ok. Elevator small and only had one. Places looked like it was renovated from apartments into a hotel. Hallways smelled musty and like weed. Rooms had a stinch to it. Not only to take a shower and the water and sink did not even feel like warm. Called to front desk to be told to turn the sink and tub on at the same time and that should heat it up. WTF. Was told we could leave or be given 15% off and they just out in a new furnace. Then why NO HOT WATER. Felt uncomfortable and unsafe so my family and checked out

Disliked: Toilet continuously ran, shower did not drain properly. Had to stand in 5” deep water while showering. Room was fairly clean but you could tell it hadn’t been used in a while. Frig did not work.
