Good room for the price. Happy, friendly customer service. Will stay there again when in the area.

Very nice room. Breakfast was yummy! Enjoyed our stay and will come again. Especially loved the separate make-up area apart from the bathroom.

Disliked: Staff was not very informative, lacked customer service, the older lady with the glasses was not helpful and was very rude. She accused me of having an attitude! We had 2 reservations for two nights. On the second night we came back to our room and our keys were not working. I went to the front desk and the older lady with the glasses stated the keys didn’t work because I hadn’t checked in. Nothing made sense I had already been there the night before and my things were still in the room! Since she said I hadn’t checked in and she was being rude and not helpful I decided to leave and asked for a refund and she stated that I had to discuss that with Booking. Com because they are a third party. Booking was not helpful either and the hotel charged me the full price for the second night! Manager/owner was never available to discuss this issue.

Liked: Nice breakfast choices, my grandson enjoyed making a waffle in the waffle maker, however the coffee was terrible. The room was clean, and we like that there was no carpet in the room.
Disliked: We accidently left a new unopened bottle of special hot sauce that we purchased at the farmers market as a gift in the refrigerator. I called the hotel and asked if they found it. The desk clerk said he would leave a note for the cleaning staff and let me know if they had it. No one ever called.
