One night in Paris

Liked: We had a lovely stay, even if it was only just one night. The room was for Paris standards quite spacious and had a comfortable bed. Everything was clean, which for us is always a big plus. The neighbourhood was also very lovely, a lot to do nearby and walking/biking distance from all the touristy spots. We parked our car in a nearby q-park garage, which was not even a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very good, though not included in the price. Overall, we had a great stay and definitely will be on our list if we visit Paris again.

Liked: The condition of the room was satisfactory, with fresh towels provided daily and the rooms vacuumed regularly. The location was excellent – close to the metro, main attractions, and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A definite downside was the size of the rooms – they were extremely small, with very little storage space, making them quite uncomfortable to use, especially for anyone planning a longer stay.Another drawback was the lack of complimentary drinking water in the rooms, which is a standard in most hotels nowadays (excluding the paid minibar). The walls were also very thin, making it hard to get a good night's sleep as noises from the hallways and neighboring rooms could be heard clearly.Although we always choose breakfast options when staying at hotels, we decided to skip it this time after seeing the breakfast buffet – it was very limited and didn’t reflect even a basic European standard. While it’s great to feature local products, a bit more variety would have been appreciated. Additionally, the price for breakfast was quite high, especially compared to the much richer buffets offered by other hotels at a similar price point.We also used the hotel’s airport transfer service – it felt a bit absurd that two people had to pay for transport in a large van, when a smaller and more cost-effective taxi would have been sufficient. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer such an option and only provides one fixed (and more expensive) alternative.
