A great hotel, with capable...

Liked: The room was great, quite big, especially since it was for 3 persons. The bathroom was well equipped with everything one might need.The amenities provided by the hotel (water, tea, coffee) were a nice gesture.Great breakfast.Nice, welcoming and helpful staff.
Disliked: There is nothing I didn't like or enjoy.

Not recommended for a comfortable...

Liked: The location of the hotel is good. Very central and close to the M1 line.
Disliked: For the single room that I booked, there was no AC working. I was informed at the reception that for the single rooms the AC does not work. This was not highlighted when I made the booking. There is an AC vent and button but it is disabled. No upgrade was possible. The suggestion given by the hotel staff was to keep the window open.The room has no sound proof. I could hear the traffic from the street all the time due to which I could not sleep good. I had to sleep with a headphone with music to cancel the noise.I could even hear when someone in the adjacent room used toilet flush. Any noise in the corridor was very loud. When people left their rooms or when someone spoke in the corridor or when the housekeeping moved with their trolley, everything could be heard clearly in the room.

An overall nice hotel stay

Liked: Staff very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable with good amount of space. Although a bit out from city centre, metro was just a few minute walk away which takes you into central within 15-20 minutes.
Disliked: One of our rooms had a few cockroaches, staff tried to help with fumigation but didn't seem to work.

Exceptional

Liked: Good location very close to train station. Rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: No, everything was great.

Liked: The location was great just beside the metro, The room was good.
Disliked: The Internet doesn't cover the whole hotel and needs to be improved

Liked: The room was nice, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I loved the chairs in the lobby, they were so different and made it look special.
