Hotel in an excellent location....

Liked: Breakfast was good although bacon a bit overcooked. Room well cleaned. Staff helpful which made our visit much easier. Location excellent for walking into Norwich.
Disliked: Overcooked bacon.

Liked: Very clean everywhere. The staff were exceedingly helpful and courteous. The dinbers and breakfasts were of good standard, served well and were enjoyable.
Disliked: Stairs to our room were a bit narrow.but were of that period. Staff kindly carried our bags to and from our room - much appreciated.

Liked: I have stayed at Annesley House many times, the location is great, the staff are friendly and attentive and the rooms are clean and modern.I had the breakfast for the first time on this stay, and I must say it was excellent!
Disliked: Despite being clean and comfortable, I do think that my room was starting to feel a little tired.The carpet could do with being replaced, the whole room could just benefit from a bit of a freshen up.
