Liked: Good size room for one person but I was lucky to get the one room in this price category that actually has a window

Lovely modern room and bathroom,...

Liked: I'd asked the staff to clean my room without perfumed detergents and to provide non-perfumed bed linen. (I'm horribly allergic.) Everything was fine - even though they'd not removed the free soap and shampoo from the bathroom. (If those were perfumed, it didn't get through the bottles!)
Disliked: The coffee! Not at all up to normal Swedish coffee standard - it tasted more like the stuff you get on motorway cafés...Not fresh-brewed.

Liked: Evening shift staff is extremely rude.
Disliked: Cleanliness. We put " Clean our room " tag outside the room but during our 36 hrs stay nobody changed linens.

Great facility and breakfast, poor...

Liked: Great facility with clean environment. Good breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The reception was not manned at 11pm as promised on their website and I struggled to get inside the hotel. No answer on the bell. Eventually another guest let me in. Had to check in on the self check-in kiosk. Also, my keycard stopped working after a day, I had to go looking for the receptionist to get help. Staff was also not that friendly. Room was very small.
