It was a comfortable night...

Liked: Clean, affordable and good location easy access to Amsterdam central via tramp
Disliked: During our stay the room was really warm and the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the room but we still manage to sleep. The property still need to have this all in order for a more pleasant stay in the future for all the guest

wonderful hotel, the room exceeded...

Liked: Wonderful hotel, the room exceeded expectations, there was a safe, a refrigerator and a coffee machine. 3 minutes walk from the hotel there are 2 supermarkets, a tram stop is nearby, the metro is 12 minutes walk away, but you can go by bus. You can rent bicycles right at the hotel, there is good parking for a car. We lived for 4 days like in a fairy tale. The staff is helpful and friendly. I didn't have enough teaspoon in the room, and my recommendation is to take shoes for the shower.
Disliked: only the guy at the bar was a bit weird.

Very poor and staff didn’t...

Liked: Mould in shower, filth around bottom of toilet. We had two rooms and one they didn’t service at all. And this room the beds were so uncomfortable no one got any sleep. Second room we had to ask for coffee every day. The rooms were so hot and it was in April, the air conditioning didn’t work though we shouldn’t need air con in April.
