Wonderful staff and great stay...

Liked: Breakfast went well except it ran out of a certain item. Room was clean and facility was well kept. Everyone was very professional even with disgruntal customers. Will come back again!
Disliked: everything was well. There's nothing i didnt like.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and changed rooms for us. The location is very close to historic Jackson
Disliked: The first room were were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. We got moved to a different room which still had an odor and also had gross stains on one of the bed dust ruffles. It felt grimy like it hadn’t been really cleaned in a long time but we were tired and just didn’t want to deal with another room change. Also, there was a sliding glass door that opened to a parking lot with the flimsiest door lock.
