Very clean, comfortable, pleasant, safe...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The pillows, sheets and linen were very clean. The bathroom and towels were clean. The front staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast had a decent selection of items- good coffee.
Disliked: There was not enough room in the breakfast area. The seats were too crowded.

Liked: The room was clean, as expected and bed was very comfortable! We got a room with a fireplace which was very cozy and nice.
Disliked: Rooms are plain, not very fancy. I wish the coffee was better at breakfast, and that the breads and bagels at breakfast were better quality, wish that there was real jam offered instead of high fructose corn syrup jam :(

Disliked: my wife is handicapped. No elevators. Had to step down 3 steps to get to bottom floor. Description when I registered said fireplace. but fireplaces are only on second floor. It didn't say that. And the standard room we had was still the same price as the one with fireplace.

Disliked: The breakfast was really a come on, a joke. In my entire life I have never had such a ridiculously bad breakfast. It was insulting, and I am not a particular person.
