No frills hotel, with shuttle...

Liked: The free shuttle to and from the airport
Disliked: The room was basic, not well thought out. The bed was very near the door.

Short but sweet!

Liked: Large rooms, swimming pool, quiet near airport location.
Disliked: Nothing major!

Liked: Location to Melbourne Airport is excellent. Having a restaurant meal delivered to my room was great. Free shuttle to Airport just great.

Liked: Appreciated the shuttle drivers. Convenience of dining. Inclusion of breakfast. Friendly staff in restaurant.
Disliked: Thought it was closer to the airport, but shuttle compensated.

Great option for families

Liked: Location not too far from airport. Bus ride and communication were seamless. Great service.

Liked: The wonderful breakfast that was included was beyond expectations. The ease of the shuttle service to the airport was great and the staff were all excellent.

nice, but very average hotel

Liked: The shuttle was a great bonus as well as location to the airport. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: I arrived late, got to my room and there was a lipstick/makeup mark around my sink. I left it thinking that the room would be serviced again the next day. Which it was, however the lipstick mark was still left there. It was easy for me to clean it off with some wet toilet paper so I'm not sure how it was missed.The bed isn't that comfy, the walls are so thin you can hear someone else choking when brushing their teeth and the fridge made constant noises.Research how to get in to town beforehand as the reception staff couldnt really help on advising the best way to travel to the city.
